You’re a quick ride to Greenhills if you need to do some shopping (or hunting for electronics), Cubao’s right there when you need the MRT or bus connections, and being near Camp Crame gives the whole area this unexpectedly secure feeling.   as a solo occupant, the space is more than enough though 2 person is not bad. 3 a bit congested already but it depends (remember, condominium unit- limited) but the one i stayed in is totally perfect. clean, quiet, with appliances. well, i used both fridge and tv (i love most) the entire stay and once the Microwave. i put a few stuffs in fridge so no need for me to go out from time to time 😂🤣. I really had day and night for relaxation and chill. If in case, in the future be around the area, surely i will book the same unit. The owner is also approachable and everytime i message for some inquiries she reply quickly (not taking so much time). Location is perfectly safe as well as easy access to food shops,transpo and convenience stores. it was great i found this place.
