  I've stayed with so many units around Cubao area and this is the only unit that has drinking water — a gallon of drinking water prepared for use. Something that I personally liked since most units don't have that available.
  
  The unit is spacious enough and can occupy than 4 people.
  
  What could be improved: Small cockroaches in the unit – tolerable because I'm not that sensitive to them but to others, this might cause an issue.
  Hot and Cold shower – maybe it would be nice to have a hot shower especially for upcoming cold months.

  The proximity to all the nearest amenities. Mall is in front & close to MRT/LRT.
  
  What could be improved: Lots of cockroaches everywhere. Found some dead cockroach In the cupboard. Also some live cockroaches roaming around. Lastly when I came past midnight as my flight from the province was delayed, the beds we're not yet fully covered & I was the one who fixed the bedding. Those are minors only but the most are the cockroaches who looks really scary considering their sizes & their smell. In all I like my stay except for those cockroaches.
