The rooms themselves are spacious – way more than what you’d typically get in Pasay for the price point – and they’ve got this clean, modern vibe without feeling sterile. The kitchenette situation is actually functional too, not just for show, which I appreciated since eating out every meal gets expensive fast in Manila. What really struck me was how quiet it stays despite being so close to everything. I was expecting constant traffic noise, but the building’s positioned well and the windows do their job.

The staff here genuinely knows their stuff about getting around the area, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to navigate Manila’s traffic patterns. They’ll tell you the real deal about timing – like how to avoid the absolute chaos during rush hour or which jeepney routes actually make sense. The pool area’s nothing fancy, but it’s clean and rarely crowded, plus the view toward Manila Bay is pretty decent, especially during sunset. I’ll be honest though – the elevators can be slow during peak times, and the WiFi in some rooms is just okay, not great for video calls. But for the location and the space you get, especially if you’re planning to explore MOA, Rizal Park, or even venture into Makati, this place works really well as a base. The parking situation is straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Metro Manila will tell you is not something to take for granted.

  Nice appearance and once we actually got to the right building it was ok. There is like 8 shore residential towers and none are marked. Just big shore signs! But again. Once you get there is ok
  
  What could be improved: If someone would turn on the ac for you and cool off the room it would have been a much better experience for me! Took about two hours to cool it off so I could sleep! Seen one baby roach on the dining table as I was leaving today. Only one I seen.

  L'hôte qui s'appelle Lheity était super
  À noter que quand on n'estpas habitué à un condo plutôt qu'un hôtel, les formalités sont un peu plus compliquées.
  Sinon l'appartement lui-même est très bien et sa localisation à côté de mall of Asia où on peut aller à pied est génial dans un quartier où il y a moins de trafic
