  今回2週間ほど泊まらせて頂きましたが、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。親切な対応、サポートに感謝致します。ネトフリも無料で見れますし、Wifiも強く、冷房もよく効いていました。また機会があれば利用させて頂きたいと思います。大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました！

  Already live here for the second time, the owner is a very nice person, he would help with any needed. and the room has everything you need to live in. The area is good too, just walk about 10-15 mins and you can go to the mall. also have a small supermarket and a Cafe in the community. This place is perfect for 2 weeks to 1 month of short-term travel.

  The place is clean with complete amenities. Lots of bathroom tissue. You'll enjoy Netflix. The host is friendly. There's an Alfamart in the compound. An e-bike for PHP 20/ride is also available near the entrance gate if you don't like to walk but the whole place is walkable. The whole compound is still being developed.
  
  What could be improved: The building doesn't have a lobby. The ground floor is a parking area. No hand towel. No free mineral water. No terrace. No signal but there's a wifi. Host was one hour late to return the PHP 3,000 deposit due to traffic.

  I am a very picky person, I was seeking a apartment for my short term vacation, and I am here have been one week, I already changed 4 hotels and apartments, this one its the fifth one, I almost gave up, if can find one fits all my wishes, when I live in here, I do really love it, its very clean, even the small details , everything just like brand new, and the sheets very good quality, this place very convenient, got everything you need to live, and the landlord is very nice, I am very happy can stay here!

  The host is very nice, they helped us all throughout our stay. They were very responsive to our queries, and even went out of their way to find a compatible schedule to properly welcome us to the property. The property itself is equipped with most of our needs, and even has complimentary goods (water, etc.). Overall, they were able to exceed my expectations.
