I ended up cooking breakfast a couple times because, well, the nearby restaurants can get pricey and honestly, sometimes you just want your coffee exactly how you like it. The grocery run to SM Mall of Asia took maybe ten minutes on foot, which was convenient for stocking up.

The building itself feels more residential than hotel-like, which has its pros and cons. On the plus side, you get access to the condo amenities – the pool area is decent and rarely crowded during weekday mornings. The downside? The front desk isn’t staffed 24/7 like a traditional hotel, so if you’re arriving super late or need something at odd hours, you might be out of luck. Check-in was smooth enough, though the elevator situation can get a bit crazy during peak hours since you’re sharing with actual residents. I learned pretty quickly to avoid the rush between 6-8 PM when everyone’s coming home from work. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay – no complaints there, and I was working remotely for part of it. Parking can be tight if you’re driving, but the MOA area has decent taxi and Grab coverage, so I’d honestly skip the car rental unless you’re planning day trips outside Metro Manila. For what it is – a comfortable base near the airport and major shopping – it delivers without any major surprises.

  What could be improved: Cogí habitación para 4 personas y solo había 1 cama. Las niñas tuvieron que dormir en un sofá que no era sofá cama. Además, no conseguíamos abrir la puerta con la clave y nadie atendía al teléfono que me dieron. Finalmente, 1 hora después, a las 12 de la noche, conseguimos que abriera y aún espero que me contesten. La piscina es de pago, por cierto.

  What could be improved: i think they can rearrange the kitchen stuffs to give more space when cooking. also, i would suggest they empty the cabinet so we can put our clothes. nonetheless, the room is clean and fresh.

  位置很好，距离SM MALL很近，步行十来分钟就可抵达，周边很多餐馆和中餐厅，奶茶店，便利店，房东甚至有微信，但需要英文沟通，回复还算及时，有问题也会帮忙解决
  
  What could be improved: 公寓一楼大堂的保安比较严格，我们订的房可以住四人，但订单只写了两人名字，导致第三人一直不给上楼，处理了好一阵子才解决。房间有点小，住3-4人就会很挤，住两人正好

  מיקום מעולה במנילה. לא רחוק מהשדה תעופה. קרוב מאוד לקניון הגדול של אסיה. תמורה מעולה למחיר.
  צ׳ק אין עצמאי נוח.
  
  What could be improved: רצינו לשמור את המזוודות ביום האחרון שלנו עד לטיסה.
  שאלתי מראש את בעל הנכס אם זה אפשרי והוא אמר לי שכן ושהגענו לשומרים בקבלה הם אמרו לנו שאין שירות כזה.
  אז היינו צריכים להסתובב עם המזוודות עלינו 🤔
  קצת ביאס את השהות אבל הסתדרנו עם זה.

  What could be improved: We need to vacate on our second day, unfortunately the electric power was cut off and it is too much of a hassle moving withj all our luggages. The reception on the lobby was not very helpful. It is dusgusting to see a hanged used shirt was left inside the wardrobe.
