  No reception where you can put your luggage, so the late check in time was very impractical for us. The apartment is overall okay, but the AC is very noisy and takes some time to actually work.

  Location is very convenient and the unit is clean and spacious! Perfect for five people!. Highly recommend this place as the location is situated in Makati, close to shops and restaurants.

  This place was great! It’s spacious and great for 3-4 people. There you have everything you need for comfortable stay. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. There is also a gym and pool which we didn’t try this time. It’s on top of the shopping mall, so you have supermarket and restaurants really nearby. The staff were great as well as the lobby guards. Only 15 min from/to airport by car.
  
  What could be improved: The is not much to do or see nearby but with a taxi you can go different places. Note that the traffics are quite bad in Manila. AC was a bit loud but there are also some fans.

  What could be improved: cockroaches seen inside unit, stinky manila air when going outside, have to pay 500 pesos to caretaker- in-charge for a claimed missing USB charger plug upon checkout, which tantamount to accusing us of stealing something from the unit. We didn't pay attention to this negligible devices but they insist we're not clear for release while time was wasted in checking in for our planned flight.
