Eastwood Richmonde Hotel Quezon City Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Eastwood Richmonde Hotel Quezon City, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It sits right there on Orchard Road in the heart of Eastwood City, and you know what? The location actually grows on you pretty quickly. This four-star place has this modern business hotel vibe, but it doesn’t feel stuffy or overly corporate like some of the bigger chains around Metro Manila.
What really struck me was how they’ve managed to create this little bubble of calm despite being smack in the middle of one of Quezon City’s busiest districts. The lobby has these clean lines and warm lighting that immediately puts you at ease after dealing with Manila traffic. I mean, let’s face it – getting anywhere in this city can be a bit of an adventure, so having a place that feels genuinely welcoming when you arrive makes all the difference. The staff seemed to actually care about getting you settled, not just going through the motions, which honestly surprised me given how busy this area gets.
The rooms are well thought out in a way that tells me someone who travels regularly had input on the design. You’ve got proper desk space if you need to work, decent water pressure in the shower (trust me, this matters more than you’d think), and the air conditioning actually works without sounding like a jet engine. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the pillows all night. What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed the noise levels – Eastwood City can get pretty lively, especially on weekends when the mall crowds spill out into the streets, but the rooms stay surprisingly quiet. The whole area transforms at night too, with all the restaurants and bars lighting up, so you’re literally steps away from some solid dining options without having to venture far. It’s one of those places where you can actually walk around safely in the evening, which isn’t something you can say about every part of the metro. Honestly, for the money and the location, this place delivers on what it promises – a solid base for exploring this part of the city without any nasty surprises.
Best hotels in Manila range from luxurious high-rise properties in Makati business district to boutique hotels with stunning views of Manila Bay and the city’s impressive modern skyline.

Very Good – Cely from United States – September 14, 2025 (8/10)
Very clean room and very comfortable bed
What could be improved: A bit pricey for the buffet which didn't have a ton of choices.Wonderful – Joan from United Kingdom – September 6, 2025 (9/10)
Lovely hotel which we found very friendly. Hotel led straight into Eastwood Mall which was a bonus when it poured with rain! We stayed twice with a 3 day trip in the middle. The room at each stay was very clean and spacious, beds comfortable. We had a wonderful couples hot stone massage in our bedroom, lovely. Reception and ground staff were very friendly and courteous. Plenty restaurants around, some inside the mall others just outside in a very safe feeling area. Alot of security around shops etc who were also friendly and always greeted us. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment. We would definately return.
What could be improved: There was nothing we didnt like. The only thing might be that the swimming pool was not the most attractive and not many umbrella/sunloungers. This was not a big issue for us but we may have been more tempted if was more pleasant looking.Wonderful – Rapadas from Australia – July 11, 2025 (9/10)

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Eastwood which is a very clean safe area to stay in with lots of shops and restaurants. Comfy spacious room.
What could be improved: The area around the rooftop pool was very small with no shade and not many sunbeds and no bar or food.Room – Elizabeth from United Kingdom – March 3, 2025 (8/10)

The location is great for where I want to be. It’s located in a mall complex with numerous shops for various things you need. Basement 2 parking is available for hotel guests at section 202-203 if I remember correctly. It has elevator access to go up to the lobby and rooms. The community is quiet and one feels safe walking around.
What could be improved: Traffic😀
