Grass Residences Aesthetic Staycation Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Grass Residences Aesthetic Staycation? I honestly wasn’t expecting much from a condo-style hotel in Quezon City, but this place actually delivers on that whole “aesthetic” promise they’ve got going in the name. The building itself sits right in this modern residential complex that feels more like where locals live than where tourists crash – which, I mean, is exactly what makes it interesting.
Walking into the lobby, there’s this clean, minimalist vibe that Instagram types absolutely love, but it doesn’t feel sterile or cold like some of those cookie-cutter boutique places. The rooms are spacious – way more than your typical Manila hotel room – and they’ve clearly put thought into the design details. I’m talking about proper lighting (not those harsh overhead bulbs that make everyone look terrible), decent furniture that doesn’t feel like it came from a budget office supply store, and actually functional layouts. The bathrooms are surprisingly well-done too, with rainfall showers that have decent water pressure – something you can’t take for granted in this city.
What really sets this four-star spot apart is the location situation. You’re tucked away from the chaos of the main thoroughfares, so you can actually sleep without earplugs, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. SM North is basically next door if you need that mall fix, and getting to the business districts isn’t the nightmare commute you’d expect. The residential setting means there are legit local food spots within walking distance – not just the usual tourist-trap restaurants. I found this hole-in-the-wall place serving incredible sisig just two blocks away that I never would’ve discovered staying in Makati or BGC. The staff here actually knows the neighborhood and can point you toward the good stuff, not just the obvious chains.
Honestly, the whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice condo than staying at a hotel. There’s a kitchenette situation that’s actually useful if you want to grab groceries from the nearby markets and do your own thing for a meal or two. The building amenities – pool, gym, that sort of thing – are solid without being flashy. Parking is included, which saves you the headache of street parking in QC (trust me on this one). Check-in was smooth, no weird delays or attitude from the front desk, and they’re pretty flexible with timing if you communicate ahead. For the price point, especially compared to what you’d pay for similar space and quality in the more touristy areas, it’s honestly a steal. This place works whether you’re here for business meetings in the Triangle or just want a comfortable base for exploring Metro Manila without feeling like you’re staying in a generic hotel box.
To book a hotel in Manila during major cultural celebrations, travelers need early planning as this dynamic Philippine metropolis draws visitors eager to experience its tropical climate and historic colonial architecture.

Reviews of Grass Residences Aesthetic Staycation
מומלץ לתיירים – Gillad from Israel – February 5, 2025 (8/10)
מיקום מצוין, מסעדות זמינות , מרכז CM סמוך דרך מעבר מוקצה לאורחים.
צוות יעיל , עוזר ומייעץ.
What could be improved: עמדת האשפה גורמת לסירחון ברחבת המעלית ולעיתים הריח מגיע לחדרים.
ספת הישיבה מיושנת , בלויה ולא נוחה, מומלץ להחליפה בחדשה.Exceptional – Elizabeth from Philippines – December 11, 2024 (10/10)
Wonderful – Jade from United States – April 5, 2024 (9/10)
The view from the balcony is amazing, place was great, will keep this property in mind for my next vacation.
What could be improved: No soaps in the restroom and kitchen sink, its very small thing, it didn't effect my experience.
