Prime Grass Residence Hub Quezon City Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Prime Grass Residence Hub Quezon City, you immediately get that modern condo-hotel vibe that’s become pretty popular in Metro Manila. The lobby feels sleek without being intimidating — honestly, it reminds me of those upscale residential towers you see sprouting up all over Quezon City. What struck me right away was how the staff seemed genuinely happy to help, not just going through the motions like you sometimes get at bigger chain hotels.
The Location Advantage
Here’s the thing about this place — it’s connected to SM North EDSA through a walkway, which is actually brilliant if you know Manila traffic. I mean, you can literally walk to one of the biggest shopping centers in the country without dealing with EDSA’s notorious jams. The four-star property sits in what locals call the Triangle area, and couples seem to really appreciate the setup (the front desk mentioned they get tons of positive feedback from pairs). You’re also close to several universities, so there’s always this energetic buzz in the neighborhood.
Room Experience
The room I stayed in felt more like a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel space — which makes sense given the “residence” part of the name. There’s this clean, minimalist aesthetic going on with decent-sized windows that let in good natural light. The bed was comfortable enough, though not extraordinary, and I appreciated having a proper work desk since I needed to catch up on some emails. Storage space was generous too, something you don’t always get in Manila hotels. The kitchenette was well-equipped for preparing light meals or storing beverages.
Amenities and Dining
The hotel doesn’t have its own full-service restaurant, but honestly, with SM North right there, you’ve got more dining options than you could try in a week. There’s a small café area in the lobby that serves decent coffee and light snacks — nothing fancy, but it does the job for a quick breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up. The fitness center is compact but well-maintained, and I noticed they keep it pretty clean throughout the day. Parking facilities are conveniently located and easy to access for guests with vehicles.
Why Guests Love It
What really works about Prime Grass Residence Hub is how it balances convenience with comfort without breaking the bank. You’re getting that modern Manila experience — connected to major shopping, easy access to transportation, and a comfortable base to explore the city from. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay smooth, and there’s something refreshing about a place that doesn’t try to oversell itself. It’s particularly great for couples looking for a solid mid-range option that puts you right in the heart of one of Metro Manila’s busiest districts, but still gives you a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

Accessible to sm,trinoma,mrt,lrt.
What could be improved: There’s this particular locked wardrobe/storage that takes lot of space and it’s on the way when accessing light switches. Theres this feeling of a little bit crowded atmosphere in the property because of large equipments.
