I’ll be honest, when I first heard it was connected to both SM North and Trinoma, I worried about crowds and noise, but the setup is pretty clever. You’re close enough to walk to either mall in minutes (huge plus during Manila’s unpredictable weather), but the residential tower feels separate from all that commercial energy. The four-star rating makes sense once you settle in – it’s not trying to be ultra-luxurious, but everything works well and feels thoughtfully designed. The unit I stayed in had this modern, clean aesthetic that didn’t feel sterile, and honestly, having a full kitchen setup was a game-changer for longer stays. There’s something satisfying about being able to grab groceries from the supermarket downstairs and actually cook instead of eating out every meal.

What really sold me on this place was how it handles the practical stuff that other hotels in Quezon City often mess up. The elevators are fast (trust me, this matters when you’re on the 16th floor), the WiFi actually works reliably throughout the unit, and – this might sound minor but it’s not – the water pressure is consistently good. I’ve stayed in fancier places in Manila where you’re fighting for a decent shower. The building management seems to have their act together too; security is present but not intrusive, and the common areas stay clean even with all the foot traffic from residents and hotel guests. If you’re the type who likes to explore, you’re perfectly positioned to dive into Quezon City’s food scene – there are some incredible local spots within walking distance that most tourists never find because they stick to the mall food courts. Just don’t expect a resort-style pool or spa; this is urban living at its best, not a getaway from the city.

  I booked this unit in March, this is the third condo I stayed. The place is clean and has complete clean utensils, the washing machine is great. Huge tv with Netflix. Most of all, the host is very responsive whenever we have a request or query Ms Tess will reply asap, you don't have to worry about anything. The place is safe and has a proper ironing board.. proper clothes rack for hanging your washing. It feels like a proper home, they got everything you need in a rental condo. I will book this place again and will recommend it to my friends and family who will visit Manila.
