This four-star spot sits right in the heart of Greenhills, and I mean literally – you’re a three-minute walk from the shopping center, which is perfect if you need to grab anything or just want to people-watch with a coffee.

The “newly renovated” part isn’t just marketing speak either. Everything feels crisp and clean without being sterile, if that makes sense. The lobby has this modern Filipino vibe going on – clean lines but with warm wood accents that don’t scream “trying too hard.” What I really appreciated was the attention to small details that matter when you’re actually staying somewhere. The elevators are quick (trust me, this matters more than you think), the hallways don’t echo like crazy, and the rooms have proper blackout curtains – something I’ve learned not to take for granted in Manila. The air conditioning works properly too, which honestly should be a given but isn’t always.

You know what really won me over though? The staff genuinely seems to get that business travelers and families have different needs. I watched them help a family with young kids figure out the best route to avoid traffic getting to MOA, while simultaneously handling a group of corporate guests who needed early check-in without making anyone feel rushed. The breakfast setup is solid – not fancy, but they do a proper Filipino spread alongside the usual international options, and the coffee is actually decent. Parking can get tight during peak shopping hours since you’re so close to everything, but there’s usually space if you’re not rolling in at prime mall time. The neighborhood gets pleasantly quiet in the evenings, which surprised me given how central you are. I mean, you’re literally walking distance from some of the best shopping and dining in the area, but somehow the hotel itself feels removed from all that hustle once you’re inside. It’s that sweet spot where you get convenience without the constant noise and chaos.

  Love it’s location ; staff are their greatest asset . They were very polite and helpful ; nothing was too much for them .

  Very convenient location. Close to everything. Clean and very friendly staff. Housekeeping staff are always around. Toiletries provided. There’s a small gym and pool. Laundry service is next door, along with 7-11 and many restaurants. Breakfast option is no longer included but they have all day buffet from 10 am.
  
  What could be improved: It would be great to streamline their process for check-in if you have multiple bookings. We booked Nov 8-13 but needed one extra night for the Nov 14. I booked that separately directly under the same name, that additional booking came with breakfast. As we were leaving 4 am on Nov 14- my partner ate the breakfast a day early. They would not honor the free breakfast for the 14th booking as we redeemed it a day early and we ended up paying for extra breakfast even if we had a breakfast voucher. It would have been nice if they acknowledged it was the same booking and we wouldn’t be eating breakfast as 4 am so redeemed it the day before.
