The moment you walk into that one-bedroom setup, it feels like you’re crashing at a friend’s place rather than checking into some corporate housing unit.

The four-star rating makes perfect sense once you’re settled in – everything works the way it should, the WiFi doesn’t cut out during video calls (trust me, I tested this extensively), and honestly, the bed is one of those where you actually sleep through the night instead of tossing around. What I really appreciate is how they’ve set up the kitchen area. It’s not just some sad mini-fridge situation – you’ve got actual counter space and appliances that don’t look like they were bought at a garage sale. I ended up cooking a few meals there because, well, sometimes you get tired of eating out every night, and the nearby Landmark Makati makes grocery runs pretty painless.

Location-wise, Malugay is one of those areas in Makati where you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise. The building itself sits in this quieter pocket, which I didn’t expect – you can actually open the windows without feeling like you’re next to a highway. Getting around is straightforward too; you’re maybe a 10-minute walk to the Ayala area when you want to hit the malls or grab dinner somewhere fancy, but you can also find solid local spots right in the neighborhood. The security setup is pretty tight without being annoying about it, and the elevators – okay, this sounds weird to mention, but they’re actually fast and reliable, which matters more than you’d think when you’re hauling groceries or coming back tired after a long day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in Manila for more than just a few nights and want somewhere that feels like a temporary home base rather than just another hotel room.

The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and had a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax after a day in the city. It’s conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making everything easily accessible. Getting to the Mall of Asia was approx 400 pesos each way via Grab. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding host—attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

  It is very clean and it's very convenient for me because the trident tower was 8 mins away from the accomodation. The security was very helpful and friendly to their guest! I enjoyed swimming in the pool!
