I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Sea Residences – Condo R Us, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a condo-hotel setup. But you know what? This place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The location right in the SM Mall of Asia Complex is pretty brilliant if you think about it – you’re literally steps away from one of the biggest shopping and entertainment hubs in Manila, which means you’ve got everything from restaurants to that massive IMAX theater practically at your doorstep.

What I really appreciated about this four-star property is how it feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel room. The units are spacious (I mean, really spacious compared to what you usually get in Manila), and most come with proper kitchenettes that actually work – not those sad little coffee-maker setups you sometimes find. The Pearl Drive entrance is easy to find, though I’d suggest having your driver use the main SM MOA entrance if they’re not familiar with the area since the signage can be a bit tricky at night. The building itself has that modern glass-and-steel look that fits right in with the whole MOA development, and honestly, the views from the higher floors are pretty spectacular, especially if you snag a bay-facing unit.

Here’s what sold me on the place though – the practicality of it all. You’ve got the SM Mall right there when you need groceries or want to catch a movie, but when you want to escape the crowds, the residence area is surprisingly quiet. The pool area is decent sized and doesn’t get too packed (I was there on a weekend and still found a good spot), and the gym is better equipped than I expected. Parking is straightforward, which is honestly a huge relief in this part of Manila. The staff at the front desk knows their stuff too – they helped me figure out the best route to Makati during rush hour, which saved me probably an hour of sitting in traffic. Sure, it’s not the fanciest place you’ll ever stay, and the furniture in some units feels a bit generic, but for the price point and location, Sea Residences really delivers on being a smart base for exploring Manila. Plus, with that 8.3 rating from other guests, I wasn’t the only one who walked away impressed.

Hotels near me in Manila offer convenient access to Rizal Park, where guests can easily walk to Intramuros historic district, Manila Cathedral, and authentic Filipino restaurants serving traditional cuisine.

  If you are concert goer or just need a place to stay. The location is nice. Walking distance to MOA Arena.
  
  What could be improved: Saw some cockroaches in the unit especially inside the CR/bathroom. Good thing insect killer spray is provided.
  Lastly, the shower curtain is very disgusting. It is so dirty.

  This is my first time to visit this property. I'm happy kasi malapit sya sa mga major attractions na gusto naming puntahan para ipasyal yung kiddo ko.
  Sa baba, may Alfamart for basic necessities/foods/toiletries.
  May Nuat Thai for PHP600/hr.
  Uncle John's sa may Tower C malapit.
  BDO malapit lang din.
  Walking distance to SM Mall of Asia
  Since nasa city center sya, marami kang mapupuntahan na malls. Pwede ka magpadeliver via FP or Grab.

  All 4 lifts at Tower B are working.

  ROOM
  I think the room was initially a loft type converted into a 1Br. The interior design is good kasi hindi mukhang cramped sa loob. Fully-furnished so pwede kang magluto, maglaba, manood ng Netflix/YT. Hindi namin nakuha yung view na malapit sa pool but then okay lang. May balcony din sa mga bet mag emote or for the smokers. Dishwashing soap, body soap and shampoo + towels provided na rin. Ang problemahin mo na lang is yung panluto mo like salt, bigas, oil etc.
  
  We enjoyed our stay. Salamat po sa mga staffs na nakilala namin (Ms. MJ and Ms. Norma).
