But here’s the thing most people don’t realize – being on the residential side means you skip all the tourist chaos. The elevator rides aren’t packed with families hauling shopping bags, and you get those quiet evening moments when the mall crowds thin out but you’re still close enough to grab late dinner at the SM by the Bay area. The four-star setup really shows in the attention to detail – they’ve managed to make a condo unit feel like a proper hospitality experience, with decent linens and that lived-in-but-clean vibe that’s surprisingly hard to nail.

What I really appreciated was how the unit actually feels homey (hence the name, I guess). The windows face toward the bay side, so you get glimpses of Manila Bay without paying resort prices, and the sound insulation is surprisingly good considering you’re in a busy complex. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – none of that lobby waiting around, just meet at the tower and head up. The 8.3 rating makes sense because while it’s not going to blow you away with luxury touches, it delivers exactly what it promises. You’re basically getting a comfortable base camp for exploring the MOA area, with enough space to spread out and the kind of kitchen setup that lets you grab groceries from SM and actually cook something decent. Plus, if you’re flying in or out of NAIA, you’re looking at a quick taxi ride without dealing with Manila’s more notorious traffic corridors. It’s one of those places that works better than it sounds on paper – sort of like staying in someone’s guest room, if that someone happened to live in one of the most convenient spots in metro Manila.

  We had a truly wonderful experience staying here! Despite arriving early than the standard check-in time, we were warmly welcomed without any hassle. The check-in process was fast and smooth. The unit itself is spotless—no insects or cockroaches at all, which we really appreciated!
  
  The room was cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed, from complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, to complete bathroom and kitchen essentials, including good quality cooking pans. The beddings and blankets were very comfortable, making our rest truly relaxing.
  
  The attending staff is very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. We really felt at home throughout the entire time.

  We were allowed to check in even though we were late. Check in time is 3-6 pm. We arrived at 7 pm. We just logged in at the desk and then went to the unit immediately without any hassle. There are also complimentary drinks like bottled water coffee and tea. The unit is nice and clean. There are no cockroaches or any insects inside the unit.
