The space feels bigger than you’d expect from most Manila accommodations, and there’s this really thoughtful mix of sleek finishes with touches that actually make it feel homey. The kitchen setup is particularly solid if you’re planning to do any cooking – I actually ended up making breakfast most mornings because everything you need is right there, and frankly, it beats fighting the breakfast crowds at some of the nearby hotels. The bathroom’s got one of those rainfall showers that actually has decent water pressure, which… if you’ve stayed in enough places around Manila, you know that’s not always a given.

What really makes this spot work is the location within BGC itself. You’re literally walking distance from High Street and all those restaurants, but you’re also close enough to hop over to Market! Market! when you want something a bit more local. The building’s got that four-star feel without the stuffiness – good security, reliable elevators, and the kind of lobby that looks impressive but doesn’t make you feel like you need to dress up just to grab your food delivery. Speaking of which, pretty much every delivery service knows exactly where Uptown Parksuites is, so late-night cravings are never an issue. Parking can get a bit tight during peak hours, but there’s usually something available if you’re patient. The 9.3 rating this place pulls definitely makes sense when you factor in how responsive Daniella is – I had a tiny issue with the air conditioning remote on my second night, and she had someone up there within an hour. That kind of attention to detail is what separates a good stay from a great one, especially when you’re dealing with the unpredictability of Manila weather. If you’re someone who values having your own space but wants to be right in the thick of things in BGC, this suite hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  We truly loved the apartment and all its amenities, its cleanliness and easy access to all the surrounding Malls etc around Uptown BGC. The host was nothing short of super nice and accomidating to all our needs as we stayed there for 14 Days. Additionally all the building staff were super friendly and helpful also.   The position of the appartment is perfect. There is everything what you need. Everything is in walkable distance.
  The equipment of the appartment is nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
  
  What could be improved: Like everywhere there is starting little mold in the shower. I would reccomend to treat that before it gets everywhere. The appartment is nice and this is the only small mistake but it can become huge problem later

  What could be improved: It was disappointing and not explained in the property description that guests cannot use the property facilities on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ….. the pool, the gym, etc. That was one of the main reasons we booked this place. We were there on Saturday, and Sunday.

  Location was amazing. Conveniently walking distance to the uptown mall and Bonifacio high street. Room was clean and washer/dryer was very handy! Staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Great customer service by home owner, and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely book again on my next trip to the Philippines.

  Upgraded facilities since my last visit in May 2023; both aircons have been upgraded, bidet and shower head has been replaced (water pressure is also very good), internet connection is very stable. Again, the utilization and configuration of property space is very roomy

  Great location near Uptown Mall and across the street from Mitsukoshi Mall. Good in-room amenities (TV with Netflix, 5G WiFi, washer and dryer combo, kitchenette, refrigerator, heated shower, double air cons) and the bed and sofas were comfy. The decorum was sleek and modern than comparable listings.
  
  What could be improved: WiFi connection dropped intermittently at times, room can get a bit cramped for a family of 4 with luggage, elevators were slow and out of order some days
