I mean, having places like Maginhawa Food Park just a short ride away and being walking distance from the Scout area’s cafe scene? That’s gold for anyone who actually wants to experience the city instead of being stuck in some isolated hotel bubble.

The rooms themselves feel more spacious than what you’d expect for the price point, and I really appreciated the little touches – like how they’ve managed to keep the noise down despite being on such a busy avenue. The AC works like a dream (crucial in Manila’s heat, trust me), and the beds are actually comfortable, not those rock-hard mattresses you sometimes get at mid-range places. What really won me over was the staff – they genuinely seem to know the neighborhood and can point you toward the good local spots, not just the touristy ones. The breakfast spread is solid, nothing fancy but fresh and filling, with enough Filipino options mixed in with the usual continental stuff.

Here’s the thing that makes this place work: it gets the balance right between being professional and not feeling stuffy. You’ll see business travelers during the week, but it doesn’t have that corporate hotel vibe that sucks the life out of a place. The lobby’s got this relaxed energy, probably because you’re constantly seeing people heading out to explore rather than just hiding in their rooms. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for this area. I’d definitely stay here again – it’s one of those places that just makes sense when you want to be in the thick of things without paying those Makati hotel prices.

  The location was great, a lot restaurant nearby and the security at the ground floor was nice and the front desk as well. You gonna have a great spacious room and toilet. Pool are amazing too..
