It’s tucked away on the third floor of this residential tower along Quirino Highway, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up. The location in Quezon City might not scream “vacation vibes” at first glance, but this four-star spot actually nailed the staycation concept better than some of those flashy hotels in Makati.

The thing is, staying in a residential building gives you this weird sense of living like a local for a few days. Room 344 became my little urban hideaway – and I mean that in the best way possible. The space feels more like a well-designed apartment than a typical hotel room, with actual living areas where you can spread out and relax instead of just perching on the edge of a bed. The views from the tower aren’t dramatic or anything, but there’s something oddly satisfying about watching the everyday rhythm of Quezon City from up there. Plus, the building’s pretty quiet during the day since most residents are off at work, which is perfect if you’re one of those people who actually wants to nap during a staycation (guilty as charged).

What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to create this bubble of comfort without completely disconnecting you from the city. You’re still close enough to grab late-night food along Quirino Highway – there are some solid 24/7 spots nearby that locals swear by. The whole setup just works if you’re looking to recharge without dealing with the tourist crowds or inflated prices you’d find in the usual hotel districts. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because, well, why rush back to reality when you’ve found a spot that hits that sweet spot between convenience and genuine relaxation? It’s the kind of place that makes you realize staycations don’t have to mean sacrificing comfort or settling for less – sometimes they mean finding something unexpectedly better tucked away where you least expect it.

  Small but very clean, comfortable enough, and in a great location. Easy access to the malls and taxis etc. Air con worked fine, shower is more than adequate, all in all fantastic value for money in my opinion.
  
  What could be improved: The TV wasn't playing ball so I gave up, but I could probably have called and sorted it but it wasn't really a big issue so I didn't bother.

  I like how accommodating the Host/ Property from booking up to check-out. Very hands on! The ambiance of the room is so minimalist with touch of industrial theme.

  The room had everything we needed, it was clean, spacious, good cooking facilities, TV, reliable wi-fi, comfortable bed, good bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: The mini bar was a constant temptation and we spent too much money on it, it was hard to keep track of our expenditure and we were billed more than I thought we spent, it was probably correct but I don't know for sure.

  Am a repeat customer and to this day, the property does not disappoint. It’s well-maintained and the cleanliness is superb! The peace and quiet experience is remarkable. Perfect location for me as the unit is situated on the third floor of tower 2 . This means lesser time and energy is spent going out of the facility on foot to secure food and other needs in a convenience store nearby. Two huge malls can be reached on foot too. Isnt that amazing?
