What I really appreciated was the location within the Fame Residences complex. You’re close enough to Makati’s business district that grabbing a taxi or using Grab doesn’t break the bank, but you’re not dealing with the constant noise and foot traffic of being right in the thick of things. The building itself feels secure – there’s proper security at the front desk, and the elevators require a key card, which gave me peace of mind. The WiFi is actually decent too, which I mention because I’ve been burned by slow internet in condotels before. One small thing that bugged me was the checkout process took longer than expected, but the front desk staff were genuinely helpful and spoke excellent English, so it wasn’t a big deal. I mean, for the price point and the space you get, especially with that full kitchen and the balcony, it’s honestly solid value.   Appartementen ruim genoeg en schoon.
  Personeel van de ‘Tower’ erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
  Locatie dichtbij de modernere stopping malls en bij Greenhills.
  
  What could be improved: Moderne locatie kent weinig sfeer (=persoonlijk), verkeer erg druk en kost veel tijd om je te verplaatsen.
  De bedden waren ronduit slecht, je voelt de veren in je rug prikken.
  Informatievoorziening vanuit de host zeer beperkt, zelf moeten ‘gokken’ waar we moesten zijn.
  Zwembad is aanwezig. Er staat privé, maar is voor 3 torens en per dag te betalen. Netjes om dat ook in de beschrijving te vermelden.
  Al met al matig, maar de slechte bedden maken dat we deze locatie echt onvoldoende beoordelen,

  The location is easily accessible, and the unit is clean. Staying here is very relaxing, and I highly recommend it. Host was quick to respond. The guards and admin staff were polite. Amenities were superb.
  
  What could be improved: I requested towels, and they provided them along with basic toiletries, which I appreciate. However, the towel was quite thin and shedding fibers, which ended up on the floor and couch. It would be better if they could provide higher-quality towels.
  
  Also, the air conditioning was cool, which was great, but it was a bit noisy. The intermittent noise woke me up in the middle of the night, so it would be helpful if this could be checked or improved.
  
  Please note that cooking is not allowed in the unit (which is fine with me since I usually order food or dine out during my stay).

  Couldn’t fault the unit as it’s clean & well maintained.
  
  What could be improved: Only 1 lift out of 4 is usually running so it takes time. Staff isn’t attentive. Send IDs weeks ahead but didn’t confirmed nor sent check in details. I had to chase it which is a let down given it should be automatic. Staff could do better.
