The first time I walked into my suite, I was genuinely shocked by how quiet it was. The views aren’t bad either – you get these glimpses of Manila Bay that make you forget you’re in the middle of all that urban chaos.

What really sets this four-star place apart is how they’ve managed to feel more like a boutique property than some massive hotel chain. The suites themselves are spacious – and I mean actually spacious, not “spacious for Manila” spacious. Each one has a proper living area that doesn’t feel cramped, plus a kitchenette that’s actually functional if you want to grab groceries from SM MOA (which is basically next door, by the way). The beds are comfortable enough that I’ve never had that “hotel back pain” situation, and the bathrooms have decent water pressure, which honestly is half the battle in this city. The staff remembers your name after like the second day, which is refreshing – they’re genuinely helpful without being overly formal about it. I’ve had them help arrange everything from late-night food delivery to early morning airport transfers, and they never make you feel like you’re asking for too much. The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, and they actually respect your “do not disturb” sign, which you’d be surprised how many places ignore.

Sure, it’s not perfect – the elevators can be slow during peak hours since it’s a residential building, and sometimes you’ll hear families with kids in the hallways. But those are minor things when you consider what you’re getting for the price. The fact that this place consistently gets top ratings makes total sense once you stay there. It’s one of those spots that feels like a well-kept secret, even though it probably won’t stay that way for long. If you’re looking for something that’s comfortable, well-located, and doesn’t feel like every other corporate hotel in the area, Jessy’s Suites is definitely worth considering.
