  There are some small cockroaches on the floor and in the bathroom which is cannot be avoided in a property or unit. The unit has a strong smell, however it is accessible to MOA which is I like the most. Close to the airport as well. Grabs easy to find the location, when booking taxi's or delivering goods.

  The view from the balcony of Mall of Asia and the ocean behind it is the best. The short 7 minute walk to Mall of Asia is very convenient as my family visit the mall everyday.
