The building itself feels modern and well-maintained, though the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours when everyone’s heading out for dinner. One thing that surprised me was how quiet it stays at night – I was worried about airport noise, but the soundproofing is better than expected. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay comfortable, not just going through the motions, and they know the area well enough to give you actual useful recommendations rather than just pointing you toward the tourist traps. If you’re planning to explore both the casino district and central Manila, this spot gives you the best of both worlds without feeling like you’re stuck in some corporate hotel bubble.
