Honestly, when I first heard the name Luxury Penthouse & High-Floor Hotel near City of Dreams, Airport, Okada, and Solaire Casino, I thought it was a bit much – I mean, they really packed everything into that title, didn’t they? But you know what, after staying there on Roxas Boulevard, I get why they did it. The location is actually pretty incredible if you’re planning to hit the casino circuit or need something close to NAIA without being right in the airport chaos.

The building itself sits right on that stretch of Roxas where you can see the bay, and being on the 18th floor makes a real difference – you’re high enough to catch decent views and avoid most of the street noise from the boulevard traffic. The setup is more like a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel room, which I actually preferred. There’s a proper kitchen area (though let’s be honest, with all the food options around Entertainment City, you probably won’t cook much), and the space feels more lived-in than those sterile chain hotel boxes. The four-star rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be the Peninsula, but everything works well and feels clean and comfortable.

What really sold me on this place was how easy it made getting around that whole Entertainment City area. You’re literally a quick ride to Okada, City of Dreams, and Solaire – I walked to a couple of them, though the heat and humidity made me appreciate having Grab as backup. The staff seemed to really know the area too, giving me actual useful tips about which casino restaurants were worth the splurge and which ones to skip. Airport access is genuinely convenient from here – none of that “convenient location” marketing nonsense, I mean you can actually get to NAIA Terminal 3 in about 15 minutes during normal traffic, maybe 25 during rush hour. They helped arrange airport transfers that were reasonably priced, and check-in was surprisingly smooth for what’s essentially a condo-hotel setup. The building has that newer high-rise feel without being too flashy, and there’s something nice about staying somewhere that feels a bit more residential. If you’re planning to spend time in the casino area or need a decent spot near the airport that doesn’t feel like an airport hotel, this place actually delivers on what the very long name promises.

  It was very clean and spacious.. the owners very approachable even the guards as I always asked them to help me to the lift… overall I really liked my stay it was nice got a nice view too and all the things are new so its wonderful…
