The apartments themselves feel genuinely livable, with kitchenettes that aren’t just for show and enough space to spread out your stuff without tripping over your suitcase every five minutes. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re surrounded by the city’s business district. The soundproofing is honestly better than some four-star hotels I’ve stayed at in other parts of Manila.

Here’s the thing about BGC though – it can feel a bit sterile sometimes, like everything’s almost too perfectly planned. But this place manages to have some personality, maybe because it’s designed more like residential living than typical hotel accommodation. The staff actually remembers your name after a day or two, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward without any of that over-the-top hospitality theater you sometimes get. Parking isn’t a nightmare either, which if you’ve spent any time in Manila traffic, you’ll know is basically a minor miracle. The building sits in this cluster of high-rises, so you get these surprisingly decent city views from the upper floors – nothing Instagram-spectacular, but pleasant enough when you’re having your morning coffee. I’d honestly recommend this spot if you’re doing business in the area or just want to experience Manila’s more modern side without dealing with the chaos of older districts. It’s not going to knock your socks off with exotic charm, but sometimes you just want a really solid, comfortable base where everything works properly and you can actually get a good night’s sleep.

  Situated in a perfect BCG location just beside Landers and acrosss Mitsukoshi, this high floor condo unit makes the stay very quiet and comfortable with soft bed and pillows. The availability of drinking water dispenser saved me time and money buying drinking water from the supermarket. In addition, having a washing machine there made it very convenient for my two-weeks stay. There is a regular rubbish collection twice a day but I don't think there should be a charge for that on top of the rent.
  
  What could be improved: Dripping water in the wall when the aircon is running for a longer time but this is no big deal and I will stay there again in the future.

  The distance is very convenient to St. Luke’s Hospital. There’s shopping malls & restaurants close by.
  
  What could be improved: There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. It’s just that one of the rooms I had didn’t have a couch/sofa bed. Instead it came with a couch/sofa. And only one room had the washer & dryer. While the other 3 rooms had a washer. I had a total of 4 rooms.

  Excellent location! Easy communication from the host! I love that the place literally few mins walk to uptown mall. Not too far from the airport and close to other malls around BGC and Makati. You’ve got everything you need inside the flat.

  Amazing location, amazing amenities. Everything was practically perfect, the only downside was the water for the shower didn’t get hot enough; it was warm, but not hot. Everything else was good. Would recommend.

  You have all you need. Landers is just beside the place . Across the street is Mitsukoshi and Uptown mall is just a few minutes walk. No need to take a cab . Location is perfect.
