The location is actually pretty brilliant if you think about it. You’re literally walking distance from both Okada and Solaire, which is perfect if you’re in Paranaque for the casinos or entertainment scene, but you’re also close enough to NAIA that you can hear the planes without them being obnoxious about it. I stayed here during a layover situation that turned into a three-day adventure, and the four-star setup really showed. The penthouse suites have this modern Filipino aesthetic that doesn’t try too hard – clean lines, local wood accents, and those floor-to-ceiling windows that make you forget you’re basically in a high-rise apartment building.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to actually know the area. When I asked about getting to Manila proper without dealing with traffic (spoiler alert: impossible, but they tried), they suggested specific times and routes that only locals would think of. The building itself feels more residential than hotel-y, which works in your favor because it’s quieter than your typical tourist spot. There’s something refreshing about having a proper kitchenette and space to spread out – especially after dealing with cramped city hotels. The 8.8 rating makes sense when you factor in that you’re getting apartment-style comfort with hotel services, plus you can literally walk to some of the best entertainment complexes in Metro Manila. Just don’t expect a traditional hotel lobby experience; this is more like having a really well-connected friend let you crash at their upscale place while you explore the casino district and figure out your next move.

  Clean and comfy beds, nice location. My family enjoyed the gym and pool. And the amenities were great. The host Mr, Simon was very accomodating and attentive to our needs.. great view of sunset over Okada.

  Staffs of the building are all nice specially the guards.
  
  What could be improved: Aircondition is not cold. Incomplete set of utensils. Some of the appliances doesn’t have adapter so you can’t plug it in the socket. Insufficient bed sheets and pillow case for the guests above 4 pax. Toiletries of past renter is still in the bath room. Not cozy at all.
