I loved having that separate living area where I could spread out my laptop and actually work without feeling like I was sitting on the bed all day.

What really won me over was the practical stuff that makes a difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The kitchen is actually functional – I’m talking full-size fridge, decent counter space, proper cookware if you want to grab some ingredients from the local markets. The air conditioning works properly (trust me, this matters more than you think), and the water pressure is solid. Plus, the building’s security is pretty tight without being annoying about it, which gave me peace of mind. The location puts you maybe fifteen minutes from Makati if you time the traffic right, and there’s this great little stretch of local restaurants just a few blocks away that most tourists never find. I spent more evenings than I planned just walking around the neighborhood, which honestly isn’t something I expected to do in this part of the metro. It’s got that 9.3 rating for good reason – it’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it nails all the things that actually matter when you need a comfortable base in Manila.

  I like the location and peace of the area. Cleanliness is just fine. But only make me really dissapoited is the bidet is leaking since we arrived I just didn't realised from the start. And the washing machine need maintenace to clean although we didn't use it at all .

  セキュリティが万全です。コンドのスタッフさんたちもフレンドリーで礼儀正しく気持ちの良い方ばかりです。眺望も素晴らしく何度もベランダで過ごしました。お部屋も綺麗に保たれていて快適でした。ホストさんも大変親切丁寧で安心して過ごす事ができました。ありがとうございました。

  it was a brand new unit! everything in the photo posted are real, just incase you would want to verify if this is legit.
  
  We did have an awesome stay, let me say this one is one of the best place we’ve stayed so far. Everything is clean well maintained and very hitech. Kudos to the unit owner. I hope all the others who will book here will also take good care of the place as the owner have ensured the quality of the unit.
  From our check in to the entire 5 days stay are all smooth. We did not encounter any issues at all!
  Also WALANG INSECTS NO BUGS NO IPIS, the place is shining clean so my toddler enjoyed here and also my friend who has allergic rhinitis, she did not had any attacks at all. The guards and the utilities are very helpful!
