The thing about staying here is that you’re right in the thick of things in Manila – I mean, Adriatico Street puts you walking distance from Rizal Park and all the chaos of Ermita, but somehow the condos feel removed from the street noise once you’re up there. The balcony views are legit, especially if you snag one of the higher floors. I spent way too many mornings just sitting out there with coffee, watching the bay wake up. The pool area is where things get interesting though – it’s not huge, but it’s got this relaxed vibe where you’ll end up chatting with other travelers and maybe some locals. And honestly, having Netflix already set up was clutch after those long days wandering around the city.

What really sets this place apart is the flexibility – whether you need a single bedroom or you’re traveling with a whole crew, they’ve got you covered with spaces up to five bedrooms. The housekeeping thing is optional, which I appreciated because sometimes you just want to sprawl out without worrying about someone coming by. The units themselves feel more like actual apartments than hotel rooms, with proper kitchens and living areas. I actually ended up cooking a few meals there, which saved me from eating out every single night (your wallet will thank you in Manila). The Wi-Fi was solid, the AC worked like a dream – crucial during those humid afternoons – and the whole place just felt more authentic than your typical hotel experience. Sure, the location means you’ll hear the city humming below, but that’s part of the Manila experience, right? If you want sterile quiet, this isn’t your spot. But if you want to feel connected to the city while having a comfortable base to retreat to, this place nails it.

  Host was exceptional. 2 bathrooms was great. 2 tvs very good as well.

  We stayed here for 5 nights and had a great experience. The only thing we missed was a walis tambo to sweep once in a while. You can have an every day cleaning service for additional charge, but that was not necessary for us. The toiletries was good for 2 days stay, but we had everything with us. So that was not a problem as well.

  What could be improved: Only negative point for us was if you want to use the swimming pool. You have to pay 150PHP per day/per head. And that’s too much for somebody that is already paying there to stay. If you want to swim 30 min or the whole day, the price stays the same. Never experienced in all the hotels and condo’s I stayed, that a paying guest needs to pay extra to use the swimming pool

  The property was perfect for a great view of the ocean and Birdseye view of part of Manila. The apartment was all we needed and with extras in the fridge should we need them. Mel was a big plus for us, she was very attentive right from pick up at the airport.
  
  What could be improved: The location was in the middle of Korea town with a lot of restaurants but also some bars that were not really for us, it was interesting to walk around.
