The High Street area is maybe a 10-minute walk, and there’s this great mix of local and international dining options. Actually, the nearby Market! Market! mall became my go-to for groceries since the condo has a full kitchen – something you definitely don’t get in regular hotels.

What really sold me on this place was the space and the genuine residential feel. The unit I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows that looked out over the landscaped grounds, and honestly, waking up there felt peaceful in a way that’s hard to find in this city. The kitchen was fully stocked with proper appliances (not those tiny hotel mini-fridges), and having a washing machine was a game-changer for a longer stay. The building itself is well-maintained – marble lobbies, fast elevators, and security that’s thorough but not intimidating. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Manila will appreciate. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you experience it – it’s that attention to residential comfort combined with hotel-level cleanliness and service. Sure, you won’t get daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel, but the trade-off is having an actual living space in one of Manila’s most livable neighborhoods. For business travelers or anyone staying more than a few days, this setup just works better than cramming into a hotel room, even a nice one.

  The host is very accommodating. We requested a microwave oven for the flat, and he brought over a brand new one on the same day. The unit is very comfortable and lovely. It has everything we needed. Truly appreciated the washer & dryer inside the unit: they’re very handy for a long stay. The paid parking at the property is also a great plus.
