The four-star rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting full kitchen access, proper living areas, and none of that cramped hotel room feeling. Plus, and this is something I really appreciated, the building itself is pretty quiet since it’s mostly residential. No slamming doors in hallways at 2 AM or groups of tourists stumbling around.

What I love about this location is how it sits right between the corporate Makati vibe and the more upscale Rockwell scene. You can walk to Power Plant Mall in about ten minutes – honestly one of the better malls in Manila if you need to grab anything decent – and you’re close enough to the Makati business district that you won’t spend your life in traffic if you’re here for work. The building security is actually pretty tight, which feels reassuring, especially if you’re not used to Manila. There’s proper parking too, which… look, if you’ve tried to park anywhere in Makati, you know that’s not a given. The only thing that took some getting used to was the elevator situation during peak hours – it’s a tall building with lots of residents, so you might wait a bit. But honestly, small price to pay for the space and location you’re getting. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning a longer trip where having a proper kitchen and living room would actually matter.
