I did notice the building gets pretty busy during weekends with local families, but it never felt overcrowded or noisy – just lived-in. The whole McKinley Hill area has this interesting expat community mixed with Filipino families, so you get this international neighborhood feel that’s pretty unique for the Philippines. It’s not beachfront or historically charming, but if you want modern comfort with easy access to both business districts and actual local life, this spot delivers exactly what it promises.

  Liked the bathroom however i re arranged the placing of some things on the floor to create a bigger uncluttered space.
  Liked the Tv, kitchenette.
  But there were no hotplate and knives to eat with.
  Enough towels and bedding.
  Liked the door lock without a key.
  The bed was a bit awkward with the one section higher than the rest. But hubby could at least fit onto the mattress.
  Liked the instructions around the place. Clear and precise.

  Die Lange zu Touristischen Attraktionen ist sehr gut. Man hat nicht weit zu allen denkbaren kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten.
  
  What could be improved: Das war ursprünglich ein Hotelzimmer und wurde vom Besitzer mit einfachen Brettern zum Appartement umgebaut. Bett eine auf einen auf die Seite gelegten Schrank befindliche Matratze. Zwei Wochen lang mit kalten Wasser geduscht!
