What really sold me on this four-star setup was how they managed to make a studio feel spacious. The layout is smart – they’ve got this little kitchenette area that doesn’t feel cramped against the sleeping space, and honestly, the bed was way more comfortable than it had any right to be for what you’re paying. The whole place has this clean, minimalist vibe that actually works, not the sterile kind you sometimes get in airport hotels.

You know what I appreciated most? The practical stuff they got right. The WiFi actually works (crucial when you’re trying to check in for flights), there’s decent water pressure in the shower, and – this might sound small – but the blackout curtains really work. I’ve stayed in places in Manila where morning comes whether you want it or not, but here you can actually sleep in if your flight’s not until later. The building itself is pretty quiet too, which surprised me given how close everything is to the action in Pasay. Walking around the Newport area, you’ve got plenty of food options within a few blocks – there’s this little Filipino breakfast place just down the street that locals actually go to, not just hotel guests. The staff was genuinely helpful without being overly formal about it, and check-in was smooth even when I rolled in pretty late after a delayed connecting flight. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the air conditioning can be a bit aggressive (bring a light sweater), and parking can get tight during peak travel seasons, but honestly those are minor issues. For anyone who needs to be near Terminal 3 but doesn’t want to feel like they’re camping in an airport hotel, this place hits that sweet spot between convenient and comfortable.

  Everything was great for overnight stay between my flights. Location is pretty close to terminal 3, just over walking bridge and then around 100 meters of Manila style pavement (means sometimes pavement is absent and you need to go with cars on the road, but its just few meters) and guy who gave me keys provide all clear instructions via app . Apartments is nice too.

  It's close to the Terminal 3 – 15min walking distance, which is very convinient if there is a flight in the middle of the night.

  Perfect for our needs for a one night stay. Short walk (by a busy road) from the airport. Great comms with the owner – from booking to check out. Good price. Nice building with friendly security and reception staff. We were walked up to the apartment by a friendly chap. Spotless apartment with everything we needed. Lawson downstairs for convenience stuff. Easy to walk back to the airport and also easy to get the inter-terminal bus transfer.
  
  What could be improved: As others have said the shower could have been hotter, but otherwise all fine – not a deal breaker in any way.
