Savoy Hotel Manila near NAIA Terminal 3 MNL Overview
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Savoy Hotel Manila near NAIA Terminal 3 MNL, I was skeptical. Another airport hotel claiming to be something special? But this four-star place on Andrews Avenue actually surprised me in the best way possible. The location in Newport City is sort of this weird sweet spot where you’re close enough to catch an early flight without the stress, but far enough from the main terminal chaos that you can actually get some decent sleep.
What really got me was how they’ve managed to create this bubble of calm in what’s honestly a pretty hectic area. I mean, you’re still in Pasay – there’s traffic, there’s construction noise during the day, the usual Manila soundtrack – but once you’re inside, it’s like someone hit the mute button. The rooms have this solid soundproofing that actually works, which is saying something because I’ve stayed in plenty of places that promise quiet and deliver… well, not quiet. The staff here genuinely knows what they’re doing too, especially when it comes to flight schedules and timing. They’ll sort out your wake-up calls without you having to explain why you need to be conscious at 4 AM, you know?
Here’s the thing that really sets this place apart though – it’s the little details that show they actually understand travelers. The shower pressure is proper strong (miracle in this city), there’s enough power outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices, and honestly, the beds are comfortable in that specific way that lets you actually recover from jet lag instead of just lying there counting ceiling tiles. Newport City itself has grown on me over the years – sure, it’s got that slightly artificial planned community vibe, but there’s decent food within walking distance and the whole area feels safe to wander around, even late at night. The hotel’s restaurant isn’t going to win any awards, but their breakfast spread hits the right notes when you’re dealing with weird sleep schedules, and room service actually arrives while your food is still warm. Small victories, but they add up when you’re tired and just want things to work the way they’re supposed to work, you know what I mean?

What could be improved: None at allNice but reaching the hotel from Terminal 1 is difficult – Arturo from Australia – September 12, 2025 (9/10)
What could be improved: Arriving to the hotel from Terminal 1 is very difficult. Information should be provided by the hotel on how to get there. There is no hotel transportation available. You have to either pay for a taxi or wait a long time for the bus to take you to Terminal 3.
Great sport for short stay for airport. Breakfast and location superb. – Christopher from United Kingdom – September 8, 2025 (9/10)
Great spot for a short stay prior to next day flight. Opposite Terminal 3 and about 10-15 minutes in taxi from Terminal 1. Breakfast superb. Great location in Newport City. Go out the back door and loads of places to eat and drink. Be warned beer at hotel is over twice the price that of outside unlike my other experiences in Philippines hotels. But you have the choice and it don’t spoil anything as I went out.
Wonderful – Sidino from United States – September 8, 2025 (9/10)
I love the staff. They are very attentive and helpful. I love the food and services as well.
What could be improved: I can't think of a thing that I dislike about the hotel. There was noisy construction nearby though.Wonderful – Aidan from New Zealand – September 6, 2025 (9/10)

The bed was amazing. Value for money and connected to the casino and malls.
What could be improved: Bfast Buffet is decent but the servers tend to get your plate immediately when you leave it just to get something even though the plate is full. Daing fish is quite soggy.Service and Room was great. – Desmond from New Zealand – August 26, 2025 (9/10)
