The studio itself lives up to that “sleek” promise – clean lines, modern fixtures, and everything feels thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together. I mean, the kitchenette is compact but actually functional, which is more than I can say for a lot of places I’ve stayed. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night, and honestly, that’s half the battle right there.

What struck me most was how the staff seemed to actually care about getting the details right. Check-in was smooth, no fumbling around with key cards or confusing directions to the elevator. The building itself has that newer development feel – you know, properly working elevators, decent Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, air conditioning that actually cools the room down. It’s those little things that make a difference when you’re trying to get work done or just decompress after navigating Manila’s legendary traffic. The area around Gen McArthur Avenue has plenty of food options within walking distance too, from local spots to more international chains if you’re feeling homesick. I grabbed some really decent sisig from a place just down the street – the kind of find that makes you feel like you’re getting a taste of real local life rather than tourist-approved sanitized versions. Parking was straightforward, which anyone who’s driven in QC will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The whole experience felt refreshingly hassle-free, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re dealing with the organized chaos that is Metro Manila.

  I love how there are little things in the property that were available even ones I don't usually look for whenever I book a room. The steam iron, the entertainment from tv to boardgames, and a lot more. The location is very convenient as it was smack dab in the middle of places I needed and wanted to go to. Cubao expo was just a quick 3-5mins walk. The bus port was just across. Few mins walk to the MRT/LRT, even from the EDSA Carousel.
