I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to The Radiance Manila Bay Studio, I wasn’t expecting much from what looked like just another high-rise in Pasay. But you know what? This four-star place actually surprised me in all the right ways. The South Tower sits right on that busy service road, which sounds awful but actually works in your favor since you’re literally minutes from everything that matters in Manila.

What really got me was the studio setup – and I mean this in a good way. It’s not trying to be some massive luxury suite, but everything’s been thought out really well. The kitchenette actually works (I made coffee every morning without wanting to throw the machine out the window), and the bathroom has decent water pressure, which honestly feels like winning the lottery in this part of the city. The view from my room on the 15th floor was… well, it’s Manila Bay, so you’re getting that mix of urban chaos and water that somehow works. Sunset views are legit gorgeous if you score a bay-facing room, though the city-side rooms aren’t terrible either – you get this interesting peek into how locals actually live.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the staff doesn’t hover, but they’re around when you need them. Check-in was smooth, maybe ten minutes tops, and the front desk folks actually knew the neighborhood well enough to give real recommendations. The building itself is solid – I barely heard my neighbors, which is saying something since Filipino families can get pretty lively (and I mean that with total affection). Location-wise, you’re close enough to walk to MOA if you don’t mind a bit of a stroll, and grabbing a jeepney or taxi to Makati or BGC is super easy from here. I actually ended up eating at this little carinderia just down the street most mornings because the taho vendor comes by around 7 AM and, honestly, that became my favorite part of staying here. The whole area has that lived-in feel where you’re not stuck in some tourist bubble – you’re actually in Manila, experiencing it like people who live here do.

  Everything for my functions as a parent to a preschool age. ONLY 3 to 4 euro cost when taking GRAB TAXI to Mall of Asia. Helpful lobby staff. He carried my shopping bags and helped me with 4 out of 7 bags I had when nobody returned the trolley.
  
  What could be improved: nothing, Maybe the stray cats outside the Hotel door, Im just particularly scared of non vaccinated cats and dogs.

  The residence is modern and well equipped with swimming pool and gym as well. The apartment was tidy and neat, it had all amenities. Hosts were nice and responsive through chat. We enjoyed relaxing there after a busy day in Manila.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in procedure is not the easiest, but we understand the residence has security measures.

  Location! It was conveniently located within walking distance to the PICC. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Ms. Tina was a gracious host and took care of our needs. The unit was also clean and with ample provisions for cooking. The views are also breathtaking although it would have been perfect if there was a balcony, but even then, it was great. Convenience stores and banks with ATMs are available on-site and nearby. There is also a hotpot restaurant on the ground floor. It was worth the price and definitely budget-friendly.

  The condo is very nice, very clean, the people in the reception, staff , the people around and even the guards are very accommodating and most importantly is the host Ms Tina was very kind she looks after our needs communicate with us with us all the time plus free cleaning which is a bonus to us. The pool was very nice the overall ambience of the condo was very good. We will surely come back when we have our next holiday and definitely we will recommend it to our friends. Thank ypu Ms Tina 🥰

  I arrived very early & Tina was very accommodating in letting me leave my bags in the room well before check in time. She also gave a tour of the roof top deck & the swimming pool level. The unit does not have keys but rather a security code panel for access which removes any concern about losing keys.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I could fault, not with the property as such, but the distance from the airport. It is quite a way away, especially in heave traffic.
