  The property has an excellent location right next to the Air Mall and Assembly Grounds. They have nice restaurants, a supermarket, different stores, escape room, etc. The view from the 58th floor is amazing too.
  
  What could be improved: First of all the apartment was dirty on arrival. The kitchen utensils, the tables, the bathroom sink, a dirty kitchen sponge and cleaning cloths. I requested cleaning, which was done on the third day, after I already cleaned most of the things myself. After the cleaning many parts were still dirty. I requested another cleaning but the host told me that would only be possible for an additional payment. So I tried reaching out to the booking.com customer service, but it takes them forever to respond. Finally I made it through to them, but when I closed the issue as resolved, the owner started arguing with me again. Generally he was very unpleasant to deal with. He had a habit of avoiding questions and responsibility. Most things I had to figure out with the cleaning company myself. There was no scheduled cleaning, he usually just sent me a message 5 minutes before. They didn't even have a key, so I ended up giving them the spare key I found in the locker. All in all, due to the endless arguing, it was easier for me to deal with most issues myself instead of contacting the host. On Saturday before my departure the AC started leaking too. The issue was resolved on Monday due to the mechanics being unavailable on weekends. It also spilled on the bed, but he didn't even send someone to get the bedclothes changed.
