I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Morgan Suites Executive Residences, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a serviced apartment in Taguig. But this four-star property on Florence Way absolutely surprised me, and I mean that in the best way possible. The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually thought about what business travelers and families need for longer stays. It’s not trying to be flashy – just really, really well done.

The location in McKinley Hill is honestly perfect if you know Taguig at all. You’re basically in this planned community that feels worlds away from Manila’s chaos, but you can still get to BGC in about ten minutes when you need to. What I love is that Florence Way itself is quiet enough that you’re not dealing with jeepney horns at 6 AM, but you’ve got Venice Grand Canal Mall right there when you need groceries or want decent coffee. The parking situation is actually stress-free too, which – if you’ve driven around Metro Manila – you know is basically a miracle.

The suites themselves feel more like upscale apartments than hotel rooms, which makes sense given the name. I stayed in one of their one-bedroom units and honestly, the kitchen was better equipped than my actual apartment back home. Full-size fridge, proper cooktop, even decent knives – you know how rare that is in serviced apartments? The living area has this big window that looks out toward the Fort area, and on clear days you can actually see some greenery, which is refreshing. The bed was firm enough without being rock-hard, and the air conditioning is powerful enough to handle Manila’s humidity without sounding like a jet engine. Small thing, but the water pressure in the shower is excellent – I’ve stayed at places twice the price where you’re basically getting misted.

What really sets this place apart though is how they handle the longer-stay crowd. The housekeeping team actually gets into a rhythm with you instead of treating every day like check-in day, and the front desk staff – well, they start remembering your name and your coffee preferences from the lobby café. It sounds small, but when you’re staying somewhere for weeks at a time, those touches matter. The business center is open 24/7 and actually has decent internet speeds, not the sluggish connection you sometimes get in hotels. There’s also this nice pool area that doesn’t get too crowded during weekdays, perfect for unwinding after dealing with Manila traffic.

I mean, it’s not perfect – the elevators can be slow during peak hours, and sometimes the WiFi gets a bit patchy in the evenings when everyone’s streaming. But honestly? For the price point and that 9.7 rating they’ve got, those are pretty minor complaints. If you’re doing business in BGC or just want a proper base in this part of the city that doesn’t feel like you’re camping out in a hotel room, Morgan Suites really delivers. It’s one of those places where you actually feel settled rather than just passing through, and in a city like Manila, that’s worth quite a lot.

  The location. It's walking distance to a lot of attractions. But the best reason for me to come back is the warm hospitality James and Tin gave us. They helped us in everything like where to eat nearby and they kindly booked us with GRAB as we don't know how to use the app😂

  Lovely apartment, has everything you could want. The host is one of the nicest hosts I've ever met, went above and beyond what is expected… even brought me some cooked food to eat on New Year's Eve 😊

  I am a seasoned world traveller. Therefore, I can judge the HOST's ability to host with quality from day 1 well.
  
  The HOSTS, James and Tine Maningo, were superb; I cannot fault them. There are lots of awesome points.
  It is the BEST Airbnb that I have experienced around Mckinley Taguig. The unit was very clean and tidy. The layout of the unit seemed huge. Toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner were ample; others, including coffee, tea, and garbage bags, were also ample.
  EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!
  
  What could be improved: Everything I experienced while staying at Morgan Suites Residence, hosted by James and Tine, was beyond my expectations. In saying this, there's nothing that I can say I didn't like. I'll use them again on my succeeding trips to the Philippines
