The elevators don’t take forever, the hallways don’t echo with every conversation, and the whole place feels like actual people live there rather than just tourists passing through. I spent most evenings walking around BGC’s central area – you’re literally a few minutes from all those rooftop bars and restaurants that everyone talks about, but far enough from Ayala Avenue that you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise. The High Street area is close enough for late-night food runs, but you can actually sleep with the windows cracked open if you want that Manila air (well, as much as you’d want it anyway). Honestly, for the money and the 9.4 rating it’s pulling, this spot delivers on being a proper base camp for exploring both the polished BGC scene and the grittier, more authentic Manila neighborhoods just beyond the gates.

  The place is centralised and modern and clean . Complete with all the necessary amenities.
  The place is nice and good for 6 pax. The view is amazing. Close to mall and the owner is easy to contact with and very helpful. We are very thankful that we got help right away when my sons baggage was left behind in the lobby. And thats we are greatful.
