The building’s design seems to buffer most of the street noise, though you’ll still hear the occasional jeepney horn – but honestly, that’s just Manila being Manila.

The suites themselves are where this place really shines. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms – we’re talking actual living spaces with kitchenettes that you’d actually want to use. The beds are properly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the air conditioning works like a dream, which is non-negotiable in this climate. I loved having that extra space to spread out, especially after long days exploring the city or dealing with business meetings. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout, and the water pressure in the showers is surprisingly strong – little things that make a huge difference when you’re staying more than just a night or two. What caught me off guard was how well-maintained everything feels. You know how some places look great in photos but then you arrive and notice all the little wear and tear? Not here. The staff clearly takes pride in keeping things pristine, and it shows in the details – fresh towels that actually smell clean, elevators that work smoothly, common areas that don’t feel neglected. The front desk team is genuinely helpful too, not just going through the motions. They’ll actually give you useful directions and honest recommendations about getting around the area. For travelers who need to be near the airport but don’t want to feel like they’re stuck in some sterile transit hotel, this is your spot. It’s got that residential feel that makes longer stays comfortable, but with the service standards that remind you you’re being taken care of.

  The place is really nice. It feels like you are in the hotel. Free coffee, water and cup noodles. The room is very clean, thanks to Ms. Ivy. Nice view on the balcony. It’s walking distance to MOA.

  I like how the owner and her staff Ate Marilou is very hands-on in their guest. The room is very clean, and oragnize. I left my pouch with my money in it, and it was already hrs after I check-out. When I told the Ate Marilou and the owner about the incident they immediately assisted me, and help me get my pouch. Sobrang thankful ako sa kanila. 🥹❤️
