Park Inn by Radisson North Edsa Overview
You know what caught me off guard about Park Inn by Radisson North Edsa? It’s actually built right into the SM City North EDSA mall complex, which sounds weird until you realize how genius it is. I mean, you literally take an elevator from your hotel floor straight down to one of Manila’s biggest shopping centers – no dealing with traffic, no hunting for a taxi, just boom, you’re there.
The four-star setup feels solid without being stuffy. My room on the 15th floor had this unexpectedly nice view over Quezon City – you can see the sprawl stretching out toward the mountains on clear days, though honestly, clear days in Manila are kind of rare. The rooms themselves are what you’d expect from Radisson – clean lines, decent bed, that slightly generic but comfortable hotel vibe. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being literally on top of a massive mall. The soundproofing actually works, which is saying something when you’re basically at the intersection of EDSA and North Avenue (if you know Manila traffic, you know that’s… a lot).
Here’s the thing that makes this place work so well – it’s positioned perfectly for getting around Metro Manila without the usual headaches. The MRT station is right there, so you can zip down to Makati or BGC pretty easily. But honestly, I found myself just staying put more often than planned because everything you need is downstairs. Good restaurants, a proper grocery store, even a cinema if you want to catch a Filipino film. The hotel staff seems to get that most guests are either business travelers or families doing some serious shopping, so they’re pretty accommodating about late checkouts and storing bags. I watched this one family basically use the lobby as base camp for their three-day shopping marathon – kids sprawled everywhere with shopping bags, parents looking slightly shell-shocked, everyone seemed happy though. The breakfast buffet is decent, nothing revolutionary but they do a proper Filipino spread alongside the international stuff, and the coffee is actually good, which matters more than it should when you’re dealing with Manila’s early morning humidity.
Hotel in Manila booking should be done early, especially during festival season when the city hosts internationally celebrated cultural events and street parades at historic venues.

Great location hotel! ☺️ – Tlps from Philippines – August 21, 2025 (9/10)
Location, size of the room and facilities.
What could be improved: Only 1 lift. But that's minor issue. Heheaside from the niggles mentioned above, it is worth staying there again. – Esteban from Philippines – August 10, 2025 (8/10)
Breakfast was good, mall is just a stone's throw away literally, where good food and shopping is easy.
What could be improved: the pillows are too soft and thin, and the towels have seen better days, not fluffy rather it is stiff and scratchy on the skin. time to change all the towels to a softer whitier ones!. the tv inside the room keeps hanging and disconnecting. only the tv in the sala works well. the thermostat control keeps falling from the wall( lost adhesion?). we stayed in a suite room. and you have to fetch drinking water from a dispenser near the elevator ( reminds me of 3 star hotels in Japan and singapore)Wonderful – Krishna from India – July 28, 2025 (9/10)
The location is in the Mall. Many options for food and shopping.
What could be improved: The lift was an issue.. There is only one lift available to go and come back. One was on repair. One was shut .. so out of 3, only 1 was operating. It was a big letdown for such a high-rise hotel. Had to wait for very long.
The gym is very, very basic. There is no other good equipment.Always a good bet – Juan from United States – July 24, 2025 (9/10)
Everything from staff, to location and so on.
