This four-star property sits right at the corner of 26th Street and 3rd Avenue in Crescent Park West, and if you know BGC at all, you’ll realize that’s actually prime real estate without the crazy foot traffic of the main strip.

The thing about staying here is that you get all the perks of being in Bonifacio Global City without feeling like you’re camping out in Times Square. I mean, you’re literally walking distance from High Street and The Fort Strip – maybe eight minutes if you’re taking your time – but the actual building sits in this quieter pocket where you can actually sleep at night. The apartments themselves feel more like, well, actual apartments than hotel rooms, which makes sense given the name. My unit had this surprisingly spacious living area with a kitchen setup that I actually used (rare for me when traveling), and honestly, after a few days it started feeling like my temporary Manila base rather than just a place to crash. The furnishings aren’t going to win any design awards, but everything’s clean and functional, and the air conditioning works like a dream – trust me, you’ll care about that more than fancy throw pillows when it’s 35 degrees outside.

What really sold me on this place, though, was how it handles the practical stuff that other BGC hotels sometimes fumble. Check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t a nightmare (they actually have decent space for guests), and the staff seemed to know the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations instead of just pointing you toward the tourist traps. I asked about getting good sisig nearby, and the front desk guy directed me to this spot on 25th Street that I never would have found otherwise. The location means you can walk to Market! Market! when you need to grab supplies, but you’re also close enough to catch a jeepney or Grab to Makati if you’re doing business there. During weekdays it’s pretty quiet since most of BGC empties out after office hours, but weekends bring a nice energy without being overwhelming. The 8.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it delivers on what it promises, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need in a city like Manila.

  The space is pretty descent and we enjoyed our stay. What sold us was the city view. It was nice esp at night. My husband and I will definitelt recommend this place.
  
  What could be improved: There was no cleaning materials or equipments such as vaccuum or broom. It would be nice if there is a washing machine.

  The location is the main attraction for this property. The space was also enough for 5 friends, we all had one bed for each other.
  Checking in and checking out were smooth.
  
  What could be improved: The rooms were great on the second floor, but on the main floor, there were a few tiny cockroaches near the kitchen.
  Luckily they did not go to the main room but stayed at the kitchen and toilet.
  I understand that these happen and are out of control, but maybe provide an insect spray.

  A third party company owns this room. The bldg itself does own all the rooms — others are for residential use. The front desk helps with keeping the bldg secure and letting you in the building, but any coordination or issues are done by messaging the host. The host is super responsive, and fortunately we did not experience any issues. I would assume that issues could take long to resolve since you will likely wait for an external party to arrive. The value is great and the location is perfect for exploring BGC.
  
  What could be improved: There is no parking, but there are nearby parking lots. You will need to work with the security guards for guidance. Inconvenient if you have a car, but not a deal breaker. Again, this is independent of what the host or the bldg provides.
