The whole area transforms after dark, and suddenly that little bit of street noise becomes part of the atmosphere.

What I really appreciated was how everything felt authentic to the neighborhood. You’re not tucked away in some isolated hotel bubble – you’re right there on Salamanca Street where locals actually hang out. There’s this great mix of hole-in-the-wall eateries and trendy cocktail spots within a two-minute walk, and during the day you can explore the more business-oriented side of Makati without dealing with crazy commute times. The building itself has that contemporary Filipino urban vibe – clean lines, decent elevators that actually work (trust me, this matters in Manila), and staff who seem to genuinely know the area well enough to point you toward the good stuff. I ended up discovering this incredible late-night taco place just because the front desk guy mentioned it in passing. It’s those kind of local insights that make a difference when you’re trying to experience a city like a person who actually lives there, not just another tourist checking boxes.

  Exceeded my expectations. Most times pictures on bookings does not reflect the true condition of the property, but this unit was exceptional. Neat, tidy, comfortable, modern. It smells like a new place, the bed was extremely comfortable and very clean with a nice smell.
  
  More than enough space for working on computer and comfortable sofa with smart TV and good sound system. The internet was a little slow but that seems to be normal in the whole of Philippines.
  
  I would highly highly recommend this specific unit and definitely stay here again!!
