What really got me was the attention to detail in the space itself. The bedroom has this contemporary setup that doesn’t feel sterile (you know how some modern places can feel cold), and honestly, the living area is where this place shines. There’s actual room to spread out, which is rare in Manila – especially in the BGC area where space comes at a premium. I mean, after spending days walking around the business district, having a proper sofa to collapse on instead of just perching on the edge of a bed makes such a difference. The kitchen setup is surprisingly functional too; I wasn’t planning to cook, but having the option to grab groceries from the nearby Market! Market! and whip up something quick was actually pretty liberating. The building’s location on 26th Street puts you right in the sweet spot where you’re close to everything – The Fort Strip is basically a short walk away, and getting to places like Venice Grand Canal Mall or even heading toward Makati doesn’t require the whole production that some BGC hotels demand.

The service aspect surprised me in a good way. Since it’s a condo setup, I was expecting maybe a more hands-off approach, but the management actually strikes this nice balance between giving you privacy and being available when you need something. Check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t the nightmare I’d feared (anyone who’s driven in BGC knows what I’m talking about), and the building security felt solid without being overbearing. I stayed during a weekday, so it was pretty quiet, though I imagine weekends might get livelier with the nearby restaurants and bars. The 9 out of 10 rating this place gets makes total sense once you’re actually there – it’s one of those spots that just works without trying too hard. If you’re looking for something in BGC that gives you more space and personality than a standard hotel room, but still delivers on comfort and location, this is definitely worth considering. Just don’t expect a traditional hotel lobby scene; this is more about having your own little slice of the city.
