I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Ramiro Haven Staycation being on the 14th floor of Fairway Terraces, I wasn’t sure what to expect. You know how some of these residential-turned-hotel setups can be hit or miss? But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The moment you step out of the elevator, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about creating a proper hospitality experience here, not just throwing some furniture in an apartment and calling it a day.

What really got me was the view – and I mean, you’re literally overlooking Villamor Airbase, so if you’re one of those people who loves watching planes (guilty as charged), you’re in for a treat. The four-star rating feels spot-on because while it’s not trying to be some fancy resort, everything just works well together. The unit itself feels genuinely homey, which is exactly what you want in a staycation spot. I spent a good chunk of my morning just hanging out by the windows with coffee, watching the controlled chaos of airport operations below – oddly relaxing, actually.

Here’s what I really appreciate about this place though – it’s in Pasay, but you’re tucked away from the usual tourist madness. Fairway Terraces sits in this sort of residential pocket where you can actually breathe a bit, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. The Ninoy Aquino Airport is practically next door (which could be a pro or con depending on your noise tolerance – personally, I found the distant hum of planes kind of soothing). If you need to get into Manila proper, you’re not stuck in some remote corner of the metro, and there are decent food options within walking distance – nothing fancy, but solid local spots that won’t break the bank. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained, which honestly matters more than people realize when you’re staying somewhere that’s not a traditional hotel. Plus, the elevators are fast and reliable – small thing, but you’ll appreciate it when you’re hauling luggage to the 14th floor. It’s one of those places where you can tell the owners actually care about the guest experience, not just collecting booking fees.

  Comfortable and the fresh air. I just used the aircon when I needed to use it at night to have a good sleep but during the day, i just used the fan provided because it was not too hot. The aircon was cold but a bit noisy but it was fine. I had a good rest while doing work there. Also, the owner was so helpful with the things I needed to settle down with the place like going to the market and where to look for food in the area. So helpful! 🫶🏻
  
  What could be improved: I preferred riding the jeepney while in Manila because I had to stay for a bit longer and I'm on a tight budget. So I had to ride a motorbike to be able to access jeepney rides going to places.

  Great location. I appreciate the condo staff very accomodating. The place is clean, i like that the owner provided a towel i am happy with that because i forgot mine. Definitely, a place where you can sleep and rest well.
