Parking wasn’t an issue when I visited, though I imagine it could get tight during peak season. What struck me most was how this spot gives you that local residential vibe while still having everything a traveler needs. The nearby Shopwise is perfect for groceries, there’s decent Filipino food within walking distance, and honestly, being away from the tourist crowds in Makati or BGC was refreshing. Sure, it’s not right in the heart of the action, but sometimes you want a place where you can spread out, cook a meal, watch that legendary Manila Bay sunset, and just breathe a little. For the price point and that perfect 10 rating from previous guests, this place delivers exactly what it promises – a proper home base with one of the best views you’ll find in the metro area.
