  Excellent location to all the wonderful things that Manila has to offer. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need, a large refrigerator, microwave, aircon, TV, hot shower, balcony washer and many other amenities.
  The booking agent is very polite and accommodating, the room is clean and tidy. The building is new and well maintained.
  The price was the best we could find in the downtown area and was approximately half the cost of comparable rental units.
