The front desk staff actually remembers your name after a day or two, and they’re genuinely helpful with local recommendations rather than just pointing you toward tourist traps. I particularly appreciated how quiet it gets in the evenings; you’re close enough to nightlife if you want it, but the residential vibe means you can actually get solid sleep. The Wi-Fi holds up well even during peak hours, which honestly matters more than I’d like to admit when you’re trying to stay connected. One small thing that impressed me – the shower pressure is consistently strong, and the hot water doesn’t run out halfway through, which has definitely been an issue at other Manila places I’ve tried. The whole experience feels more like borrowing a friend’s well-appointed apartment than staying in a typical hotel room, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you want to experience a city like a local rather than just passing through.

  The property is cozy. I wish we could have stayed longer so we could have enjoyed the facilities. The owner is so responsive and he even made the time to meet us and personally showed us the unit. He even carried our bag . Also showed us the quickest way to get to SM Mall of Asia
