The apartments themselves are spacious, which is honestly a relief after staying in some of those cramped hotel rooms around the area. I mean, you actually have room to spread out your stuff without playing Tetris with your luggage. The kitchenette was surprisingly well-equipped too, and I found myself cooking simple meals instead of eating out every night (your wallet will thank you, trust me). The living area has this nice separation from the bedroom, so if you’re traveling for work like I was, you can actually have video calls without your unmade bed photobombing the background.

Location-wise, you’re about a five-minute walk to Greenbelt – perfect for when you need decent coffee or want to grab dinner somewhere with air conditioning. The Legaspi Village area is one of those neighborhoods where locals actually live and work, so you get a real sense of the city instead of just tourist bubble stuff. I loved the morning walks around the nearby streets before the heat kicked in. The staff genuinely seemed to care about making your stay work, not just going through the motions. They helped me figure out the most efficient jeepney routes (because sometimes you just want to travel like a local), and the front desk always had solid restaurant recommendations that weren’t just the expensive hotel picks. One small thing that made a difference – the Wi-Fi actually worked consistently, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places mess this up. The pool area is decent for a quick dip after a long day of meetings or sightseeing, though it can get busy during weekends when local residents are around. Honestly, with a rating of 8.8, this place delivers on what it promises without trying to be something it’s not – comfortable, practical, and genuinely well-located for anyone who needs to be in the Makati area but wants to feel like they have an actual home base rather than just another hotel room.

  Very central. Room has a small kitchennet which is great for those who are there for long stays. Room and bathroom are very clean. Good selection for breakfast.

  It just ticked everything what we needed and exceed our expectations – the location, cleanliness, room and the staff were brilliant! From security to housekeeping, the staff were courteous and helpful! We enjoyed our stay that we decided to extend and booked after visiting Boracay.

  Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The staff is always smiling ansd very helpful. Breakfast is served at the rooftop resataurant, offering a great vieuw over Manilla.
  
  What could be improved: Even though it was a non-smoking room, when turning the airco on, there was a smell of ald siggarettes. I did not have that in other rooms I stayed in, so maybe I was unlucky or a neighbour smoked even though it is not allowed.

  Everything was amazing at Seda. The staff were awesome and very helpful and remembered our drink every morning. The beds were comfortable and a good AC units in all the rooms.

  The breakfast spread was the best I’ve had. There were so many options and the quality of food was high, even room service and cafe food. I tried the gym and it was pretty good. The bed and pillows were super comfy and the room was a good size. The staff was really nice too, and the location is at the centre of Makati so it’s close to everything,
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. Wish I could’ve tried the pool but it was raining the whole time.
