I actually ended up binge-watching way more than I planned because the setup was so relaxing. The internet holds up well too, which isn’t always a given in Quezon City – I never had buffering issues even during peak hours when everyone’s streaming.

Location-wise, you’re right in the thick of things without being overwhelmed by it. P. Tuazon can get busy during rush hours (and I mean really busy), but the building itself is set back enough that you don’t get all the street noise. There’s a 7-Eleven practically next door, which saved me multiple times, and honestly the local food scene around there is fantastic if you’re willing to explore a bit. I grabbed some incredible sisig from a spot just two blocks down – the kind of place you’d never find unless you were staying in the neighborhood. The building has decent security too, which matters when you’re coming back late after exploring Manila’s nightlife. Check-in was smooth, though the elevator can be a bit slow during busy times – not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning if you’re hauling heavy luggage up.

  The unit was very clean and cosy. It's huge and has everything you need. And the host was very accomadating. This unit is highly recommendable and money worth!!!

  It's strategically located near malls and restaurants. There's a few ATMs around the area, fastfood chains are a few steps aways, and a lot of food options too.
  It is guarded and manned 24/7 which is super assuring. The room itself is just perfect for a short stay like ours.
  
  What could be improved: We were able to sleep because we were too tired from a very long flight but were awaken by the constuction noise from the other units. Not the owner's fault though, that's out of their control, so it was okay.

  Good, modern, clean apartment. Strong WIFI. Equipped with a fridge and microwave. Free coffee provided in drawer. Some free toiletries in bathroom. Both the host and the caretaker of the condo communicated excellently. Free Netflix. Good, easy access to the 15th floor, via a lift/elevator. Quite spacious. I would recommend.
  
  What could be improved: Some very tiny ants in room. Also, the days that i booked, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Which was frustrating, as i had actually booked the place with the swimming pool in mind.

  We attended a concert in Smart Araneta Coliseum – it is walkable. Malls and restaurants are nearby too. The room is clean and they also have Netflix, Disney+, Youtube etc. The caretaker was also very nice and accommodating.
