Maybe it’s because you’re in an actual residential building, so there’s something more authentic about the whole experience.

You’re walking distance to Greenbelt and Glorietta if you want to shop or grab decent food, and honestly, being able to just stroll over to Ayala Museum on a quiet afternoon was pretty great. The MRT station is close enough that you can easily explore other parts of the city, but far enough that you’re not dealing with the constant flow of commuters right outside your door. Check-in was smooth – none of that awkward lobby waiting around that some places put you through. And here’s a small thing that mattered more than I thought it would: the elevators are fast and reliable. I know that sounds weird to mention, but when you’re on the 22nd floor and running late for dinner plans in BGC, you’ll appreciate not waiting around forever. The staff actually seems to know the area well too, so when I asked about getting to specific restaurants or where to catch a cab during rush hour, they had real answers, not just generic directions.
