The building itself sits in one of those newer developments where they actually planned for things like proper drainage and wide enough driveways, so you don’t feel like you’re squeezing through narrow alleys to get home.

What really sold me on this place was the attention to actual living details. The wifi genuinely works well enough for video calls (I tested it extensively during a work trip), and they weren’t kidding about the Netflix – it’s already set up and ready to go, which sounds small but feels huge when you’re jet-lagged and just want to collapse with something familiar on screen. The space itself lives up to the “spacious” billing too – I’ve stayed in Manila condos where you can touch both walls from the bed, but here you actually have room to spread out your stuff without playing furniture Tetris. The kitchen is functional enough that I picked up groceries from the nearby SM and actually cooked a few meals, something I rarely bother with when traveling. There’s decent natural light during the day, and the AC doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing, which – trust me – matters more than you think it will. The building has that slightly sterile but reassuring feel of newer construction, where the elevators work consistently and the hallways don’t smell like decades of cooking oil. Security is present but not overbearing, just a friendly nod when you come and go. If you’re planning to explore beyond Muntinlupa, you’re maybe a 20-minute ride to Alabang where you can catch buses or trains to other parts of Metro Manila, and honestly, having a comfortable base to return to makes all the difference in how much you’ll actually enjoy your time in the city.
