The studio setup is actually pretty clever – whoever designed these units clearly understood that people staying here aren’t just tourists passing through for a night. I stayed for almost a week, and the kitchenette saved me from eating out every single meal (which, let’s be honest, gets expensive fast in Manila). The furnishing is what you’d expect from a four-star place, though I’ll say the couch could use some upgrading – it’s functional but not exactly what you’d want for a Netflix marathon. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being so close to everything. The building seems pretty well soundproofed, and the staff actually keeps things running smoothly without that overly formal hotel vibe that makes you feel like you’re bothering them every time you ask a question.

Here’s the thing about Mandaluyong that most people don’t realize until they’re here – it’s sort of the sweet spot between being connected to everything and not being in the thick of tourist central. From this place, you’re maybe 15 minutes to Ortigas if you time the traffic right, and getting to BGC isn’t the nightmare it could be from other parts of the metro. The barangay itself is actually pretty walkable during the day, with decent spots to grab coffee or pick up essentials without having to venture into major shopping centers. I found myself using the MRT way more than I expected because the connection is genuinely convenient, not just “convenient” in that marketing way hotels always claim. The 9.4 rating honestly makes sense when you factor in that it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. The Wi-Fi actually works consistently, the AC keeps up with Manila heat, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. It’s the kind of place where you settle in pretty quickly and stop thinking about hotel logistics, which is really all you want when you’re trying to get things done in the city.

  there was no breakfast option everything the web site offered is what i got it was well worth the money i would stay there again only problem was the weather but i dont pay for good weather or bad in fact its a facility i would highly reccommend to any one look for a room to stay at in manila top rated A1

  Nice studio flat very clean with full water container which l appreciated. Nice shower hot water . Good wifi and large TV with netflix. Lovely swimming pool . Nice quiet area, and also very comfortable bed . Host was responsive when had questions always prompt .large mall within walking distance and convenience store .

  Of the studio apartments I stayed in for a month in Manila this was by far the best ! the host thought of everything, I would stay again in a heartbeat, pity more hosts were not as professional and making a delightful environment as this host, only wish I had booked for the full month as the other studios were all below par !
